Can someone tell me if my Isatphone pro is waterproof?

A common and not so obvious question. Well the answer is the manufacturers, Inmarsat claim it to be water resistant but not waterproof. 

To this end we have advised our clients that to protect their investment and keep all of the contents that come with the phone together and dry that they should consider a pelican case.
