I researched which phone I thought I required for our trip. I emailed these guys who were incredible prompt in their reply with further information which I couldn't otherwise locate. I ended up going in to see this team to decide face to face. Both of the team members I spoke with were helpful and knowledgeable. They had the answers to every question I had which helped me decide. 30 minutes later I was connected and walked out with the best device for my purpose. They did not attempt to upsell a more expensive unit and only had my interests in mind. They were not pushy whilst I made my decision even with an 11 day away break in between. Very easy transaction.
