This airtime plan starts with a once off $50 SIM card, activation fee and your first month in advance. The remaining months will be billed on the 1st of each month. If you wish to disconnect your service early, you will be obliged to pay the remaining months on your plan.
Once your minimum duration has been met, your plan will roll over monthly until you choose to disconnect. To disconnect, we require an email confirmation from you of this request for our records. This needs to be done before the next billing cycle to avoid ongoing fees.

Satellite Phone Sales endeavours to ship within one or two business days of order placement. The flat rate for deliveries of satellite phone orders is $30.00.
Australia Post can not be used for these services due to the restrictions of transporting lithium batteries.
Shipping will be by Satellite Phone Sales selected carriers based on the location of the purchase across Australia.
In the event of limited stock, you will be notified to either wait for new stock delivery, refunded total amount of order or supplied another product.
All stock in transit is tracked of its whereabouts and expected delivery times.
It is understood that efforts will be made for attendance of the delivery address the day the delivery is to be made.
Our goal is to deliver your goods by the fastest means and as soon as possible by 3rd party carriers. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for delivery / carrier poor performance. Our tracking abilities will detail your parcels progress and we will be keeping you continually informed of its progress.
